Use this link to log in to the Benefits Center to enroll in your benefits. You can enroll or review your health and welfare options, update your life beneficiaries, plus much more. If this is your first attempt at logging into the site, you will need to click “Create an Account” from the log-in page.
As a new hire, you have 31 days from your start date to elect your healthcare benefits. If you do not make your elections within 31 days you will be deemed to have elected to waive coverage for all Plans, except for the company paid benefits, such as basic life insurance. When enrolling your eligible dependents, please be prepared to supply verification documents, such as birth certificate and marriage certificate.

401(k) Retirement Plan
There’s no need to sign up for the 401(k) Plan. It’s done for you. If you do nothing, you will be automatically enrolled in the Lendlease 401(k) Plan at the default savings deferral rate of 6% of your eligible pay. The first deduction will be approximately 90 days from the date of your automatic enrollment notice. If you’d like to opt out of the program or start your deferrals earlier, or at a higher deferral just log into www.Vanguard.com or call Vanguard at 800 523 1188. After one (1) year of service, the Company will match 50% of your first 6% deferred, up to the IRS limits. For more details, please view the People Portal page.

Wellbeing Days
Three (3) wellbeing days are available each calendar year to support your physical or emotional health. Newly hired employees with start dates within a 4-month benefit period (as referred to in the Benefit Periods section below) will be eligible for the Wellbeing Day at the start of the next period. Enter your Wellbeing Day absence into Workday, as well as E1 time entry.
