How do I get paid? Direct deposit or
live check?
If you completed the direct deposit form when filling out your new hire paperwork, you will receive Direct Deposit. HOWEVER, your first paycheck is a live check. If you work in one of our offices, such as New York, Chicago, LA, etc., then your check will be Fed Ex’d to the office. If you work on a project site, then your first paycheck will be mailed to your home address via regular US mail. After that first paycheck, you’ll begin to receive direct deposit.
During the temporary “working from home” conditions, all live checks are mailed to your home address.
How much PTO
do I get?
0-10 years = 20 days
(This accrues on a bi-weekly rate of 6.15 hours)
10th anniversary + = 25 days
(This accrues on a bi-weekly rate of 7.69 hours)

How do I
register/enroll
for my Benefits?
As a new hire, within your first week you will receive an email from Benefits Center to register as a new user and create an account. After that, you’ll be able to enroll. If you do NOT
receive this email from Benefits Center within 1 week after
you start employment, please call People Connect at

Am I eligible
to receive 401K?
When does
it begin?
Yes, you are! You can enroll soon after hire, or, you will be automatically enrolled in the program approx. 90 days after start date, unless you opt out. Click the link to the right to bring you directly into our 401K plan and requirements in Pulse.

I can't log into Workday, what
do I do?
Once you physically begin employment, you will be able to access WD with SSO (single sign on). If you have issues logging in on your first day, please call People Connect.

Workday Learning is our new platform supporting you with your continuous journey. Workday Learning is the platform to access your mandatory training requirements (GMR’s, How We Work at Lendlease, etc.)
